When you click the “chat now” button on the expert’s profile our system will ask you to create a new account. We only ask for your email address, desired username, and desired password. Once you have created your free account our system will call the expert. Please give them a few moments to answer. Once the expert answers your call a chat window will appear allowing you to start asking your questions.

Pricing & How To Pay

Each psychic expert on our site chooses their own price per minute. You will never be billed for the first 3 minutes that you chat with one of our experts the first time. If you feel you and the expert you picked is a good fit, you can add funds to chat with the psychic expert more via credit card or PayPal.

Adding Funds Via Credit Card

We accept Visa and MasterCards when paying via a credit card. When you click the “chat now” button on one of our psychic expert’s profiles you will see a popup window asking you to add funds or start chatting. By clicking “add funds” you will be taken to a page that will ask you for your credit card information. Once you have completed the payment you will be redirected back to the expert’s profile page to start chatting.

Adding Funds Via PayPal

Along with credit cards we also accept PayPal payments. When you click the “chat now” button on one of our psychic expert’s profiles you will see a popup window asking you to add funds or start chatting. By clicking “add funds” you will be taken to an official PayPal page where you can log in and add funds from PayPal. Once you have completed the payment you will be redirected back to the expert’s profile page to start chatting.
